BIO

Having worked in an Executive Leadership position with non-profits for the last 37 years, it has been one of my dreams to help other non-profits succeed by passing on the wealth of experience and knowledge that I have gained. Running small to medium non-profit organizations provides an opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in many different areas. From personnel management to building teams to defining a good board governance structure and building relationships with donors; these are some of the skills that have benefited me in the organizations that I have led.

I was fortunate enough to be able to travel to Africa twice with a group focused on population health.  This experience allowed me to assist start-up NGO’s in Africa to become sustainable and create measurable outcomes.

As a non-profit CEO, I have provided support and guidance to my board of directors and as a board chair for other non-profits, I have supervised and mentored CEO's. These experiences have given me a deep well of experience with board leadership and governance.

It gives me great pleasure to be able to assist other non-profits by helping their leadership build infrastructure and manage change in order to be able to quickly pivot in this ever-evolving business environment.

"Robin’s leadership of CHIP over the past 30 years has truly been remarkable.  While her knowledge in the field is unmatched, it is both her willingness to keep learning and her empathic nature when dealing with others that definitely set her apart from other administrators or CEOs with whom we have worked over our 40 years in public service."
